I know Donavan is a Lambic/sour ale devotee. We had a LIBME trip to Brooklyn 2 mos ago and wound up with a 750ml of 2006 Chateau Abbey de bon chien. I'm always glad to see new members logging in here and establishing a page. I thought to tell you that our group functions loosely and that we are both here and in Google Groups: The Long Island Beer and Malt Enthusiasts. We run both at the same time as started in Google and came here later.
Feel free to start something or to speak when you want. We are on the road and doing a lot more events in which can be seen on the calendar. For instance, we will be at the North Fork Craft Beer Festival with our own table and we are supporting the Bellport Rotary/Chamber Charity event in August.
Want to be involved? Just say so. We're easy to get along with and we are spread out all over LI.
