LI Beer & Malt Social event: "The Lark"- Thursday June 25th 7pm until ?

To give everyone good notice, we are staging an official get-together at "The Lark", the new bar replacing the former funky "Blue Room" on Larkfield Road in East Northport, NY on Thursday June 25th at 7pm until whenever the taps run dry....Being unknown and untested by any of us, except for Dan, who lives around the corner from the destination, I am hoping we can bring as many people as possible to see what it is all about. Get ready for pints! Being just 2 blocks South of the East Northport LIRR train station, this should be an easy reach for many more.

Are you hopping the train? I'm thinking about cutting out of work for this one.

I looked at the LIRR schedule with a smile knowing that we would have to change trains in Babylon and then Jamaica and possibly Huntington too. So coming from the South Shore would take 2 hours each way, which is mildly funny to plan. I would prefer to drive the 40 minutes and you can come with me both ways. The East Northport LIRR station is on the Port Jefferson line, which makes north-south traversing tough.

Now that was a good time! At least 25+ people showed up for that one and we are pleased it worked out so well. I really like the back patio there and I hope we can return there in even greater numbers.
