Our friend Ryan, from Manahattan Beer Dist, is working on a beer dinner at the famous Belgian styled restaurant and here are his notes from the Google source:

To ALL,

I've been working with the owner of Waterzooi on a special beer dinner
here, and we've got the details all worked out. Tuesday, July 28th
will be a 5 course beer and food pairing, the 1st EVER at Waterzooi!!
It will be run by the team at Global Beer Network and myself. The
chef at Waterzooi hand picked the menu items himself, with the cheeses
being brought in just for this event. Should be awesome!! Details
and menu below. Maybe you'd like to have the gathering on this night,
and who knows, maybe I'll grab you guys a pint or three!

First Course
Piraat- Amber Triple IPA
Full body, lots of hops & malt create a spicy bitterness, 10.5% abv
Chimay Grand Classic Cheese

Second Course
Biere du Boucanier Red
full fruit candy like flavors off-set by dry hoppiness. perfectly
balanced, 7%abv
Farmer’s Ham & Cheese Croquet

Third Course
Troubadour Obscura
A Mild Stout, pleasantly bitter,
sweeter than regular stout, chocolate & spicy flavors, creamy head,
6.5 % abv
Grilled Wild Boar Sausage, Framboise & Peach Chutney

Fourth Course
Petrus "Oud Bruin" Brown Ale
Sweet cherries up front that turn tart, mild earthy and nutty flavors,
5.5%abv
Baked Mussel Platter, Spinach Bacon, Gruyer, Belgian Frites

Fifth Course
Gulden Draak Dark Triple
Rich Flemish triple, mix of spices, herbs & toffee-like malt sweetness,
10.5% abv
