Went to the new Croxley's in Farmingdale on Wednesday. Some notable beers on tap were: Smuttynose IPA, Ramstein Blonde, Stone 12th Anniversary(Oatmeal Stout), Stone IPA, and Sly Fox Route 113 IPA.

What did you have? I've heard the Croxley has the best Buffalo wings. Any truth to that?

Had the Smuttynose IPA, Ramstein Blonde and the Stone's 12th Anniversary. All were fresh and very enjoyable. I would not say that Croxley's has the best Buffalo wings. However, they were pretty good and at 10 cents per wing, it was a bargain.

I had the Stone 12th Anniv. at the North Fork Craft Beer Fest, but in a bottle. Draft would be nice to try.

Smuttynose Old Brown Dog Ale Cask Dry Hopped is on cask @ Once and For All I had a few pints this evening yum!

As I mentioned in the Google group, I tapped a 1/2 barrel of Brooklyn Grand Cru for growlers (both 1/2 gallon and 750ml) on Saturday and found it was as great as the one that saved the miserable cask night at Dek's. Bring an empty growler for the $2 off, if anyone is interested. I also have the Cascazilla and the venerable Sixpoint Brownstone.
